Alskar Photography-Client Agreement of Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions set forth by Alskar Photography and the agreement of the client and Alskar Photography to these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in the immediate action of penalty by Alskar Photography towards the client.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All Images produced by Alskar Photography are the property of Alskar Photography and remains property of the above stated even after the purchase of any image by the client, and therefore retains the rights to usage of said images for promotional advertisement, or any other purposes used by Alskar Photography. Promotional advertisement purposes include but are not limited to the use of images by Alskar Photography in any website, social network, flyer, or any form of promotional advertisement that is under the ownership of the above stated. In the event that a third party wishes to purchase the rights of any image, the client has the right of notification and compensation. Compensation for any use of images involving a purchase of images by a third party will be at the discretion of Alskar Photography.

2. Any monetary transaction made by the client to Alskar Photography is ineligable for refund except in the following cases: 1. Cancellation of an appointment prior to the day of appointment by either the client or Alskar Photography will reuslt in a full 100% refund to the client. 2. A cancellation made by the client on the day of appointment as a result of a serious unplanned incident that compromises the client's abilty to attend the appointment will be refunded 50%, In addtion a cancellation made by Alskar Photography on the day of appointment as a result of a serious unplanned incident that compromises the ablitiy for a photographer to attend the appointment will be refunded 100%. If any of the above stated incidents occur, the client has the option to post-pone the service at a later day, thus eliminiating a cancellation.

3. Prices are based on the following critiera:

​

Services:  Include but are not limited to the Photo shoot which include a 2 hour session unlimited takes ($50 Payment in advance). Editing ($20 basic fee) which consists of the time and work used to edit and finalized images up to 40 edited images, after 40 edited images, the price increases to $3 per photo exceeded. (Payment required only after finalized images are chosen by the client).

Transportation: The transportation fee is $15 for any photoshoot located outside the city of Denton. (Payment in advance). Any Photoshoot taken inside the city of Denton  has no transportation cost

Delivery of Products:  Images will be given in disks. The cost will be included with the
editing fee. Disks will be delivered in the shortest amount of time possible.

All prices published are subject to change at anytime. If there is a change of prices during the period between time of appointment to the actual date of service, the client is subject only to the prices that were agreed upon on the day of appointment. In order to create an appointment the client must pay the price of Services( Photoshoot) and Transportation in advance. The prices of delivey and editing will be decided after the initial services are performed.

By purchasing and/or having involvement any service offered by Alskar Photography, you (the client/ participent) are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by Alskar Photography and will be subject to the penalties listed above to any violations to the terms and conditions stated in this document.

Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the full discretion of Alskar Photography.
